How it works

We discuss your requirements for your will, either in a face to face meeting or e-mail or telephone, depending on your location and preferences. We then produce a draft will that we send to you, to allow you to check that what you meant to say is what is said. We also ask that you check spellings, especially of names or specific items and relationships.

Once you’ve checked the draft and confirmed that all is in order, we produce the will itself. To legalise the will, you should sign it in the presence of two witnesses and keep it in a safe place. The witnesses don’t need to read your will, they are only witnessing your signature.
